Real solid breakdown on the hidden time costs of benefits admin. The stat about 30 lost working days hits hard cause I've seen it firsthand at a previous startup where we delayed setting up decent insurance, and yeah, people were definetly more stressed and distracted when health issues came up. The dashboard consolidation angle is smart but wonder if the digital-first approach actually reduces claims friction or just moves complexity around for smaller teams.
