What inspired you to become an entrepreneur and start your own business?
At heart, I am a computer engineer, deeply skilled in the art of transforming chaotic ideas into structured code—and sometimes, the other way around.
I have an irresistible urge to improve everything I touch, leaving it in a better state than when I found it.
Nowadays, if you want the freedom to explore, experiment, and bring innovative ideas to life, being an entrepreneur is the way to go. That’s why I decided to start my own thing.
What was your biggest challenge as a startup founder, and how did you overcome it?
The greatest challenge is patience. Convincing myself that "Rome wasn't built in a day" is something I remind myself of every day. I wouldn't say I've mastered it, but I do take time to reflect—mostly wondering why things can't just happen faster. It's a work in progress, but it helps me stay sane and be a bit more practical.
Can you share any exciting news or upcoming projects you are currently working on?
We are launching PerceptInsight in the Southeast Asian markets, and I am eagerly looking forward to seeing how that market will receive us. I feel a mix of nervous energy and anticipation in equal measure.
We are also launching a groundbreaking feature that is not available in any of the tools currently on the market. We believe this feature will significantly improve the way people handle analytics and customer engagement. I can't wait to present it to our customers and hear what they have to say about it.
If your startup was a fictional character, what would it be and why?
That's an interesting question. I would imagine Arya Stark. Why? Just like Arya, Raptorise is agile, adaptive, gritty, and relentless in its pursuit of excellence.
How has Razorpay Rize helped you in your journey of being a founder?
I like Razorpay Rize's diversity. I am still exploring it, but I like how there are so many options for meaningfully partnering with like-minded folks.
